I am having trouble with the instant ink cartridge fitting my printer.  I have a Deskjet 2755e and the bigger cartridge that hp sent with my instant ink is too long.  It fits in the holder, but it sticks out too far for the front door to close and they can't go back to the home position due because it hits the wall.  I spent 2 hours being told that it fits and I was doing it wrong.  There is no solution still.  I was told they would send me new cartridges, but there is no guarantee they won't be the big ones again.  I have no other back up ink so now I am stuck without a printer and I am not happy at all.  I am still waiting for a supervisor to call.Sticking out too far so it won't closeSticking out too far so it won't closeHitting the wallHitting the wall
