Product: HP ENVY PHOTO 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I am trying to setup my HP ENVY PHOTO 7588 however it seems as though it didn't come with any setup cartridges. From what I read I understand I need to do a device reset to use the regular ink cartridges that I've purchased. Can I please get some help with this issue?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting use setup cartridges message on the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Is this the first time you are setting up the printer?
