On 18th October 2022 I downgraded my Instant Ink Plan from £2.99 to £0.99 and received an email confirming the request would be effective on 9th November. I checked my account on the 10th and the change of plan had been carried out.
On the 12th November I was charged £2.99.
I also had 36 pages remaining which I presumed would rollover (even though I downgraded my plan) as these had already been paid for.
Any help in resolving this matter will be gratefully received as I can’t find a way to contact support.
