HP OfficeJet Pro 9129e All-in-One Printer

I now have two HP.com accounts with this e-mail address, one with my Google account and one as a local account. I only need and want one, the one that is associated with my HP All-In Plan.  Can you please either merge them or delete the one associated with my Google account?  Ideally I would only have the Google account but since that doesn't have my HP All-In Plan associated with it, I guess that is not possible is it?

This is about my HP accounts not the plan. Please reread my question in order to understand the issue, and post an answer that addresses the issue.
