Hi @Nikko432 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting the E0 error code on an HP ENVY 6052e typically indicates an issue with the printhead or cartridge. Given that you've already tried cleaning the cartridge connections and resetting the printer,
here are a few additional steps you can try:
- Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and that they click into place. Sometimes, a loose cartridge can trigger error codes.
- Inspect Cartridges for Damage: Verify that the cartridges are not damaged or empty. If possible, try replacing them with new ones.
- Check for Obstructions: Look inside the printer for any paper or debris that might be obstructing the printhead's movement.
- Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve compatibility issues and error codes. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Reset the Printer: Perform a hard reset by unplugging the printer from the power source, waiting for about 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
- Use HP Smart App: If you have the HP Smart app installed on your iOS device, you might be able to perform additional troubleshooting steps or updates through the app.
