Hi, I'm enrolled in the hp intstant ink program for the last few years. Suddenly I am not receiving ink and when I go to check my status online it says I have to "sign up" instead of "sign on" this has happened in the past when I upgraded my service but i havent done anything recently and now I haven't received anything and had to go and purchase ink at staples. When I put that cartridge in my printer i get a notification about it not being an instant ink cartridge. Any help would be appreciated.
