My printer won't print anymore! I have new ink (not subscription, I purchase from Walmart) and I have cleaned the rollers or whatever they're called😅 One day the printer just stopped printing! It sounds like it is printing like the rollers move and make noise but then the page comes out blank. Please I need help 😭

Hi @RocketTaco,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Envy 6000 All-in-One is experiencing an issue with its printing mechanism, despite the rollers making noise. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the problem.

Check the Ink Cartridges

  • Ensure the cartridges are installed correctly: Sometimes, if they’re not seated properly, the printer might not print. Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges.
  • Check ink levels: Even though they are new, it's good to confirm that the ink cartridges are not defective. If your printer has an ink status display or app, check if it detects the ink properly.

Print a Test Page

  • Go to the printer settings and try printing a self-test page or diagnostic page directly from the printer’s menu. This can help you see if the issue is with the printing mechanism or the connection between your computer and printer.

Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions

  • Even though you mentioned cleaning the rollers, it's good to double-check that there are no small paper bits or dust inside the printer that could be blocking the ink flow.

Check for Firmware or Software Issues

  • Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause printing issues.
  • Printer Reset: Perform a hard reset. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on again.

Clean the Printhead (Manually)

  • If the ink cartridges are working fine but still no printing, the printhead could be clogged. Since you’ve already cleaned the rollers, you might want to try cleaning the printhead manually by following the instructions in the user manual or using the HP printer software for automatic cleaning.

Try Printing from Another Device

  • Sometimes the issue is with the computer or app you're printing from. Try printing from another device (e.g., your phone or another laptop) to see if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
