Hi!

 

Got a printer (bought in 2017). When I start it, I get an error message with code 0x610000f6. I think something is wrong with the printhead / carriage...

I've already looked into the printer. There is nothing to hinder the sled. I've already changed the color cartridges, switched on and off.

I also have no guarantee left and therefore unfortunately can not establish a free contact with HP...

 

I would be very grateful if you could help me. Thank you in advance.

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. This is a hardware issue and as you mentioned it is with the ink system.

 

We shall escalate this issue to the concerned team.
