Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The printer cartriage ink is stuck on the right side of the printer. What are the posible solutions for this problem. Thank u

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

I had the same problem. None of the recommended actions worked. I lifted the printer about an inch off the desk and banged it down. Fixed the problem. All working fine now.
