I have a HP Deskjet 4155e, I am attempting to add the printer to my HP Ink account. I'm getting error code UA_400_EB000U0422. Virtual support is no help.

I see that you are facing an issue with adding your printer to the instant ink account.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Is this the first time you are enrolling this printer to your account?

- Was the printer enrolled before and you are trying to added it again?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
