Hi @Dad582Steve,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

When setting up a new replacement printer, encountering error code EBS00P0007 can be frustrating. Here are the steps you can follow to address this issue:

Exit Setup:

  • On your screen displaying the error, click Exit Setup.

Retry Setup:

  • After exiting, click Finish Setup and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process again.

Reinstall HP App:

Alternative Device:

  • If you're still facing issues, try installing the HP app on another device with network access and add the printer from there. Then, attempt adding the printer on your original device.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
