I have an HP Envy 6032e All-in-One printer.

I have an "Instant Ink" account, so far it has worked ok.

A few weeks ago my Black Ink cartridge (hp67/305) ran out. I could not find the replacement which had been sent. I needed to print something urgently. I went to local store and purchased a Black Ink cartridge (hp305). I installed it and used it without any issues. 

 

Since then I received a replacement hp67/305 cartridge from hp Instant Ink. So far so good.

 

The hp 305 cartridge ran out a few days ago. When I installed the replacement hp67/305 my printer does not print. 

If I install the old hp67/305 or the hp 305, it does perform the print function,  although only with the coloured inks . There is no black ink (cos they are empty).

 

However with the replacement hp67/305 cartridge the printer does not print anything. The display shows an "E".

 

Can someone please advise?

I cannot find a personal message telling me what info to send you. I have several messages and an email all saying  "I have sent you a private message requesting the necessary information to look into your case. Please check your inbox and provide the requested details there. "  I cannot see such a message anywhere.

 

All the necessary details are in my initial posting outlining my problem. 

 

BTY I thought it was resolved yesterday when I was able to print using the new cartridge but I then it went crazy again later in the day. I think the cartridge is faulty cos 2 empty ones I have print  ok , albeit the sheet comes out with just cyan colour
