HI
I purchased an Envy 6032 on Tuesday set it up last night it came with a 5month free trial to instant ink great!
Followed the instructions to use the 123 set up for the instant ink did that
its not registered any free trial at all i printed some school work for my son last night (the reason i have bought it) its not registered any pages printed, its ran out of ink and wont let me order anything
Please can somebody help! tried virtual assistant which was a waste of time.
I need help or i need to return this and go to another printer that does more than 10 pages before running out of ink.

Someone from HP official should respond before long, but you have two issues here.
1) the 5 months of ink promotion isn't applied automatically, for reasons totally unknown. Someone on the forum will ask you some questions, and will then get this activated for you.
2) the 5 months doesn't start until the arrival of the ink they send out (which you've initiated). This appears to take quite a while. Mine was 'sent' 24th December (ahem, yea right), and I still haven't received it.
If you run out of ink from the tiny amount supplied with the printer before your instant ink arrives, you'll need to either buy your own ink, or not use the printer, sadly.
