Free Ink Plan

HP Recommended

I bought a new HP printer to replace the old one that broke after abut 18 months. I was given a free trial and told that after that I could switch to the free plan as I print very little. Now it seems I cannot do that. I see others commenting that they were misled in the same way. That's rather disappointing. What do I do?
