Hello 

I purchased my printer in September and set it all up assuming once that was done my new ink would arrive. Due to being busy I’ve now run out of ink. 

I’ve checked my details and everything seems ok , although it says enter promo code now , that I can not find . Can anyone offer me some advice please . It’s a lot to loose.

If you are enrolled in the Instant Ink program and looking for an ink shipment, would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
