Free plan ending?

HP Recommended
Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone else had this email?  Says the free plan is ending and will be moved onto a new 15 page plan that costs £1/month

I get no benefits, this is infinitely more expensive, as I print less than 15 pages each month,

We appreciate you choosing Instant Ink service for your Envy 4500. We want to keep delivering the savings and convenience you expect for years to come, so today we are sharing details of upcoming changes to your printing plan. You’ll find more plan options, plus the ability to roll over unused pages—up to TRIPLE your plan amount. Plus, you can now be rewarded for referring friends to Instant Ink—find out more below. On 05 December 2020, your 15 page plan will automatically convert to the 15 page plan shown below and you will automatically be able to roll over unused pages for more flexibility. What a useless reply, of course I already checked the HP website, and I called.  What I asked was if anyone else has received this same email.

I received a similar message about the program ending. It is a bait and switch scam. I just activated my printer the week before, and I get a message saying that it is ending.
