I am having an issue with the printer because I allowed my payment method for Instant Ink to lapse without updating the card details. I subsequently bought new HP cartridges from the local store and am told that they are not Instant Ink and cannot be used. The printer presents a blue screen with the following error code 6201922A. How do I either:
- Update my Instant Ink scheme to enable the printer or
- Cancel the Instant Ink scheme and go back to buying ink myself?
Appreciate any help with this as I need the printer working as soon as possible.
