I have been attempting to log into my Hp Instant Ink account for 2 months now so that I can perform simple account functions such as pay my bill and such but every time I attempt to log into my account I receive the same error message. I haven't been able to use my printer for some time now because of this issue and can't even pay my monthly bill due to this issue as well. Someone please help!
