Photosmart C4780
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I have an HP photosmart C4780 printer, S.N. [edited]. My operating system is windows 10 Pro version 1909, build 18363.720.

My problem is on the print out of the PDF file, the quality is not good the printed words are as if doubled.

I had already done the set up through the solution center but it not solved.

I don't have any error message.

Someone can help me to solve this issue,

Thanks

Rox

Hi 🙂 I don’t have the same model printer as you are asking about but as far as my printer knowledge goes, all makes and models can get out of alignment and cause similar issues to what you have described. Have tried accessing the printers cleaning menu and/or align printer head options? I think this is a great place to start if you haven’t already tried these things 🙂 good luck... hope you find a fix soon!

Thanks Keelo123r,

I have tried again to repeat the checks proposed by yo but the problem wasn't solved.

The strange thing  is the the issue appears only with the PDF file, if I print out a word document I don't have it.

Regards,
