I've recently been given a HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer that belonged to my late sister before her passing. I was able to get it up and running at my house without a problem at first. The printer included two replacement cartridges from Instant Ink (sister was subscribed but that has now been cancelled). I now get an error message saying my printer isn't subscribed so I can't use the ink. I would like to set up an Instant Ink account for myself linked to the printer, but it appears the only way to do that is through a reset that requires an admin user and password that no one has. Is there any other way to reset this printer??

Hi @ali_zali,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
