On Monday 29th June the error message "Cartridge Problem" came up on the printer's screen.
It is the black cartridge which is coming up as having a problem. A window comes up on the computer screen saying:
"Cartridge Problem - Black. Cartridges listed above are damaged or have failed. Remove them and replace with new cartridges."
I followed the instructions on how to remove and clean the cartridge but this has made no change.
The cartridge is an official Instant Ink Cartridge and has been in the printer since April 2019.
Please would you be able to help to resolve this problem.
