HP ENVY Photo 7134 ink not supported by printer

Colour ink not supported by the printer. Tried to follow all the virtual agent steps. If not solved asap I look forward to cancel the subscription.

I understand the printer is not recognizing the color ink cartridge. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue persists, to assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
