My ENVY Photo 7155 worked great until I was sent a replacement cartridge from Instant Ink. Since I received the replacement cartridge, all I get is a message to "remove and reinstall" the supposedly "new" cartridge. I contacted Instant Ink and they sent another black cartridge with the same result. All I get is a message to remove and reinstall the cartridge.
I have tried the solutions suggested in other posts about cleaning the heads, running a soft reset, and, finally the hard reset where I removed the cartridges, unplugged from the wall, and held the power button. This is VERY frustrating!
