Hi @Gd98,

Thank you for your response.

Kindly remove the Tri‑color ink and connect only the Black cartridge, letting the printer breathe freely.

Please check if the printer is connected to the Internet.

Is there any way I can switch back to the free 15 page plan? I tried switching to a different plan to fix it and now I can't seem to put it back?

HI @Gd98,

Thank you for your response.

You can manage your HP Instant Ink subscription through your HP account online. Here’s a general guide on what to do:

Log in to Your Account: Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log in to your account using your credentials.

Manage Your Plan: Navigate to the "My Account" or "Plan" section. You should be able to see details about your current plan here.

Change Your Plan: Look for an option to change or modify your plan. Here, you should find various options along with their details. If the free 15-page plan is available, you will be able to select it.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
