I bought 2 new printers. 1 for my house and I got to sign up for the 6 months free just fine. When I brought the Envy 6000e to my business I hooked it up and the 6 months free was never offered during setup and I think it might be because the HP app recognized that I already have another printer on my account. I tried creating a new email login but it still didn't work. How do I get the 6 months free?

Yes it says it on the box and it also said something during the installation and the installation software failed and then I had to finish setting it up using my phone and the 6 months never showed up again. I can use the printer with a cable or wifi now with the computer but the 6 months thing disappeared.
