HP Instant Ink: Cartridge cannot be used until printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink.
Printer is an OfficeJet Pro 8715, latest Firmware (WBP2CN2412CR)
Printer is enrolled, connected (ethernet) and is visible from both the HP app and from the HP app webpage (showing online and ready to print).
Printer has been reset several times and the "refresh" button on the web page has been selected multiple times.

Document steps have been followed already, additionally and as already stated, printer is enrolled, connected via ethernet and visible / showing online and ready to print in the HPSMART.COM status page:
===
Status
Unable to connect to the printer.
Check your connection and try again later.
===
Unable to update firmware as I'm getting the error "The update failed on one printer. Please turn the printer off, then on and retry the update".
This has been done several times.

Hi @G1ng3rN1c,
Appreciate your patience. Well, I would like to know if you are using a wired or wireless connection to update the firmware.
If you are using wireless, try with a Wired internet connection and see if that works.
Let me know
