Document steps have been followed already, additionally and as already stated, printer is enrolled, connected via ethernet and visible / showing online and ready to print in the HPSMART.COM status page:

===

Status

Unable to connect to the printer.
Check your connection and try again later.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All‑in‑One Printer
Ready to print

Unable to update firmware as I'm getting the error "The update failed on one printer. Please turn the printer off, then on and retry the update".

This has been done several times.

Hi @G1ng3rN1c,

Appreciate your patience. Well, I would like to know if you are using a wired or wireless connection to update the firmware.

If you are using wireless, try with a Wired internet connection and see if that works.

Let me know

Hi @G1ng3rN1c

Thanks for confirming the details, appreciate it.

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,
