HP Instant Ink Colored Cartridge Not Sending

I have needed colored ink for nearly a month now and it has not been shipped. I have tried manually updating the printer’s status to prompt a shipment and using the Virtual Agent and nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
