Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have run out of Colour Ink and unable to get support via the Virtual Agent as the Office is closed. I need Colour Ink and it is not expected to be shipped for another week. I seem to be out of step. I have a spare black ink but not had a colour ink since June.
