Hi,

I buy an HP ENVY 5030 in an Apple Store near Milan in 06/01/2019 and I subscribe the HP instant Ink basic services.

Three days ago I received the new black cartridge from HP.

 

Now I have a problem with the color cartridge. I have followed all the wiki on HP site: I cleaned the cartridge and the printer contacts, plugged it in and out several times, reset the printer... but nothing.

 

Can HP send me a new HP Instant Ink color cartridge or do I have to buy one? It will works with the black cartridge from Instant Ink?

 

Please help me! I have always kept it as a relic!
