HP Instant Ink error message on printer

HP says this printer is not eligible for Instant Ink but will not let me print until it is enrolled. Just changed printer ink cartridges.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. To assist you better, are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer? 

Instant Ink cartridges will only work if the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink.

If not, use the regular HP ink cartridges. 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
