Microsoft Windows 11

Just purchased a new HP printer and enrolled in the 6-month Instant Ink free trial program.  I'm less than a month into the 100 page per month program and would like to upgrade to the 300 page per month program.  I would like to know if this would cancel my free trial and/or if there would be charge for doing this.  Thanks!
