HP Instant Ink printer set up issue

Trying to register for HP Instant Ink and get my print code but the ePrint button says "connecting" then just goes back to the Home screen.  Printer is connected to the internet.  Clicked the Print Info page which says "Downloading from the Internet...Review the page for important information" and after a few minutes goes back to the menu.  Clicked the Display email button and it also says "connecting" and stays there.  I've reset the Web Services and shut down and turned on.  Maybe it's too old of a printer? - Envy 4516 all in one.

The printer series is listed in the Compatibility list - so that is not likely the issue.

Please contact Instant Ink Support to get some help with the setup.
