I used to enjoy the HP Instantink program, until they keep sending me smaller incompatible cartridges. They did this, again, several weeks ago, I explained again that the smaller cartridge is not compatible with my printer even though they say it should be. They sent me the smaller cartridge at the end of december, I called and was told that they would send me the correct cartridges. Nope, they sent the smaller incompatible cartridges again! Argh!  

I haven't been able to print but maybe 3 pages in over 50 tries. I needed to print out important medical and my daughter her college work and we haven't been able to. How can I reach a supervisor?

I see that you have been sent incorrect/incompatible ink cartridges by Instant Ink thrice. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support

Hi Kumar,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have contacted HP support several times regarding this same issue. I even asked if there can be a posted note on my account that to only send the correct larger cartridges the smaller ones they send are NOT compatible. Out of 50 times I try to print I may get lucky and get 1 page printed. The agent told me that they can't do this. So how can I avoid being sent the incorrect, incompatible cartridges. Just this last time, I was told that they would send me the correct ones, nope, they sent the smaller ones again. I haven't been able to print in weeks waiting for the correct cartridge.

Do you get any error messages regarding the ink cartridge? 

What happens when you try printing?

Hi, yes I get several types of error messages, I took pics of it just in case I would need them. ink cartridge oroblem, if this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge. also another msj is, unexpected cartridge. if you have another printer that uses HP instant ink cartridgescheck to see if this cartridge should be installed in that printer instead of this one.

The irony, even my printer agrees with me, but HP does not get it. I actually just finished talking to an agent on the phone as I was typing this. They still are telling me it's compatible. 

You've been very kind trying to help me with this, but is there a supervisor or higher up that gets this, and stops it once in for all. There is no convenience any more with HP instantink. I haven't been able to print, but 4 pages for about 3 weeks now, hoping that they will send the #63 original cartridges to me. Sincerely, Violeta
