I initially subscribed to the HP Instant Ink program and everything was working fine. I think there may have been some issues with my payment source at some point, which I updated and everything went along okay. Then, at some point, I thought I didn't need the service anymore. I didn't think I cancelled it completely, because I remember needing my printer again later, so I either re-activated my plan or re-enrolled. Anyway, I was able to print just fine up until recently when I got the message that ink levels were too low. Why didn't the HP Instant Ink Program recognize this and ship out replacement cartridges, especially since my account has been in good standing since I updated the payment information on hpinstantink.com? And where is the support from hpinstantink.com when it comes to billing/shipping issues when it comes to replacement cartridges? (Especially the shipping aspect, as it appears they have no problem charging/billing me each month.) Is there a direct contact number for the HP Instant Ink program to call and inquire about shipments? The hpinstantink.com website is lacking in that regard. The first thing they do is refer you to this forum.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you have not received your replacement inks from HP yet. I'd be happy to assist you.
Make sure the printer is connected to the internet for HP servers to contact the printer.
Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
For more info on when and how you will get the replacement inks, refer to this document.
