I signed up for HP smart ink when I bought my new printer. I selected my plan and received my first shipment of ink. The ink that was provided with the printer and this first shipment have keep me going until now. I have paid my monthly subscription and obvious haven't been receiving any ink, this I understand, but didn't receive any before/after I ran out. I found that for some reason and I don't know why, HP Smart ink hasn't been connecting to my printer so thinks that I have only printed 23 pages in the last three months. I finally managed to negotiate the horror that is HP's virtual assist (after getting HP smart to finally connect with my printer) and ordered some ink. Hurrah I thought until it told me that my account would be charged. So I have paid for ink I didn't get and am now being charged for ink I have already paid for. How do I go about getting this money refunded?

True, normally, there is no charge for Ink - ink is included in the subscription.
The issue can be sorted -- you will likely need help from an agent who can access your private information.
