HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

I get a notice to update my payment method by February 18, 2023 or my subscription will be cancelled. It's January 11 and I have not been able to print since January 4, 2023 because HP did something to my account. I log into my account and it shows they cancelled my subscription way before the Feb 18 deadline they are giving. I was reading the terms of use. Technically HP is going against their own terms of us against me as a customer. They expect customers to abide by certain terms of use. But you break your own terms. How is this even ok! Also the price has increased to use the monthly subscription. And I'm not using much ink at all. I also believe I've been over charged more then once. Because I've had to use my own cartridge several times over the years because I was never mailed a cartridge. Yet I was still being charged and not even getting HP ink delivered unless I called and requested it. And my printer is online 24/7 because my phone is hooked up to the printer by wireless or wifi in order to print. So I know HP is online with my printer.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
