HP instant Ink cartridge problem

HP Envy 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Member of HP instant ink.

Been using the HP Envy 6234 fine until tonight. Now I get a black cartridge error.

Removed cartridge and refitted a few times as per the virtual agent, but still does not work.

 

How do you get hold of HP support to supply a new black cartridge?
