I have an HP Envy 5530 all in one printer and it is stuck in the update in progress loop even after I followed the steps outlined.  I believe it might have something to do with my instant ink account being paused ( I have 152 unused pages).  I really wish I could just talk on the phone, but alas, where are the phone numbers?
