Hi, I'm intrigued by an issue with instant ink. We are being looked after, and new ones sent out. But i had problems with printer connection and only thing left it seemed was a factory reset. This then caused problems with HP Instant ink cartridges already installed. Anyway, the replacement cartridges are on their way. So will see what happens then ? Had I realised a factory reset would muck up instant print, I wouldn't have done it. And a waste of a nearly full cartridge 🙂 Never mind

Thank you very much, DKS4 for your helpful reply, but by the time it arrived several days later, the issue was sorted (printer needed me to change both cartridges, although this not apparent in error messages)
I am not happy with current HP support which takes so long to arrive. Also unhappy to have to pay for telephone advice when i am a regular subscriber to the cartridge supply service direct2hr
