HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

Hp exchanged a printer I paid in full for at purchase time and was under replacement warranty.
Since that time I was erroneously put on the premiere instaink program and went from $3.99 to $11.99 per month. Unable to even cancel the plan now because it says I have to pay $220 for the printer; I was told by HP it  was their mistake and it would be changed. After several calls and hours on the phone with HP and Instaink support; and 3 months of overcharging, it supposed got switched back to the other plan. I do not print anywhere near 50 pages per month! I was still charged more than 3.99 and now again this month $11.99 (plus tax)! I went to the app and it says $3.99 plan 50 pages month. I hit cancel and says I will be charged one more month at $3.99. I don’t believe it. It will be the $11.99 again. I should not have to pay anything since I am being overcharged to begin with.
This is a rip off and fraudulent charging my card for what I have not authorized. Every time I call and get some one different on the phone and go through all the records and proof of payments and case numbers; I am not getting any resolve.
I bought a new Epson and am still in the process of trying to get HP Ink off my account.

Apologies. This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue via remote assistance.

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
