Product: HP Envy 5500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My printer was unenrolled and now can no longer print and I know the cartridges are full and they just sent me a new one and took out a payment.
How can I fix this as it's with my daughter at university and she needs it.
