Are you trying to enroll the printer in HP Instant Ink?

Kindly refer to this document to know how. Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

To know how to find the printer claim code, click here.

 

For more info on troubleshooting issues related to Instant Ink enrollment, you may refer to this document.
