I no longer own any HP printers and I am not enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program. How do I cancel my HP Smart account with HP and this HP Community board as well?

Was not helpful at all. He was asking how to cancel the HP Smart account, not HP Instant ink account. 

I also want to cancel my HP account (I AM NOT ASKING ABOUT INSTANT INK). How do I cancel HP account??
