How do I claim my 4 month free HP instant ink?

I purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025.  Included with the purchase was 4 months of Free Instant Ink. I went through the setup procedure and enrolled in Instant Ink, however, it only shows 2 months of Instant Ink. How do I claim this offer?

I was able to contact Instant Ink via Chat and they resolved my claim.  Simple process.  Had to show a screenshot of my receipt and a screenshot of my order showing cartridge entitlement. Thanks for your reply anyway.
