I seem to be stuck with my printer showing an error/ Ink Cartridge Problem. I have removed and reinstalled the ink cartridge several times with no success. I don't have a spare cartridge - haven't gotten a new one in a looong time- to replace it with. I've rebooted the printer and my laptop. Can't get any customer help through virtual assistant, online chat (have waited over 1 1/2 hrs 3 separate days and no one comes on), or by phone. I'll be so grateful for any assistance anyone can give me in getting my printer functioning again asap.
