Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Inkjet Wireless Printer Copy Scan Fax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have tried to cancel my Instant Ink membership several times. Every time I try, I get an error page saying to try again later.

  I received an email yesterday stating that my Instant Ink cartridge was on the way to me. I don't want this cartridge, or this plan.
