Hello,
What is the exact model of your printer (e.g. CB747A)?
To locate this Product Number P/N: this document.
What operating system are you under? (e.g. Windows 10 or macOS 10.14)
Try the following solution:
- Open the HP Smart application.
- Click on your printer icon.
- Click Printer Information section.
- Under Preferences, select UK as the Country, then click Save.
- Select English as the Language, then click Save.
