How long do rollover pages stay in account?

I'm updating my HP Smart Plan.

I use too many pages for the $5.99/100 pages per month plan but not enough for the $11.99/300 pages per month plan.

If I step up to the $11.99/300 pages per month plan for awhile, can I go back down to the $5.99/100 pages per month plan later and keep the rollover pages until I use them up?
