Envy 7134
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Picked up my Envy Photo 7134 yesterday to replace my dying OfficeJet Pro 6970 and immediately enrolled it after installing the cartridges shipped with it. Didn't take too long (50 pages) for the tricolour cartridge to run low and give poor prints. I've set it to print using black ink only for the time being so I can get legible printouts.

 

On checking the Ink Shipment page it stated 'Shipment Processing' for both cartridges earlier today so I guess that the printer has 'phoned home', but am wondering when they will actually be shipped.

The ink shipment takes around 7-10 business days to arrive.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thanks for your reply and for the PM requesting details.

 

I've had an email from Instant Ink with a tracking number on it, so they appear to be on their way.

 

I'll post again when they have arrived and I've fitted them both.
